Ray Shaw, Executive Vice President & Managing Director

After completing his university education, Ray spent 11 years in the retail grocery business, nine of which were with the largest C-store chain in Cincinnati, OH, and two of which were with Ashland Oil, SuperAmerica.
He has 35 years of experience in the magazine business. He spent 22 years with Distribution Services, Inc., where as VP of Client Services he was responsible for client contracts totaling more than $600 million and managed $15 million in client revenue. As their Division VP, he was responsible for one-third of North America and was accountable for all wholesale distribution, retail marketing and store merchandising.
As VP of Wholesale Operations, he managed all field wholesale operations for all of North America and Canada for 7 of the world's largest magazine publishers. Most recently, he served as DSI's VP of Information Management, where he assisted in the design and architecture of all data management tools from the ground up, including web-based interactive sales and data tools.
In October 2006 he joined MagNet as the Vice President of Operations after consulting with MagNet for nearly one year.

Eric Griesemer, Director of Client Services

After graduating from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems degree, Eric began his career at Ocwen Financial working as a systems analyst in their Advance Facility.
Eric joined the MagNet team in April of 2009 as a business analyst, focusing primarily on data integrity and customer relations. In 2010, he took on the role of Operations Manager overseeing the day to day operations and providing direction and leadership to MagNet's team of data analysts. During that time, Eric also lead the project management work done for AIMS(Allotment Intelligence & Management System), which is currently used by MagNet and its clients today.
In 2016, he was named the Director of Client Services. Eric currently manages MagNet's consulting services and a team of Account Executives that help publishers maximize the efficiency of their distribution and marketing.

Jeff Haines, Director of Operations

Joining Distribution Services, Inc. after completing his Bachelor of Science from the University of South Florida, Jeff spent the first 5 years of his DSI tenure as a District Distribution Manager in South Florida. In those 5 years, he oversaw distributions and print orders for all publications under the DSI umbrella.
From there, he joined the DSI home office in West Palm Beach to take on the American Media, Inc Account Executive role, in which he oversaw weekly distribution of as many as 15M copies, and analyzed all statistical sales data to determine optimal distributions, in effort to maximize AMI overall title profitability.
From the AE position, he entered the American Media I.T. department for 3 years as a Programmer / Data Analyst, with main focus on capturing Merchandiser handheld data, and working directly with AMI in the generation of Chain/Retailer specific Merchandiser handheld assignments.
A natural transition from there, took him into the AMI Circulation department as Sr. Circulation Analyst, and from there was promoted to Director of Newsstand Sales and Data Analytics, where he managed through this year before joining the MagNet team.

Tim Felber, Director of IT

A University of Florida Graduate from the Warrington College of Business, Tim started in the publishing industry in 2001, working as a business analyst for American Media Inc. During his 7 years there, he worked various positions in and out of IT designing and rebuilding many of their core newsstand sales tracking and reporting systems.
Upon joining MagNet as a Data Systems Architect in 2008, Tim worked quickly to enhance its reporting systems allowing the company to quickly grow its client base.
In 2016 he was promoted to Director of IT, using his industry knowledge and IT background to continue to manage the company’s infrastructure and project strategy.
